These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Hello Vegas Limo services provided by OXXOVO Labs Inc. at hellovegaslimo.com. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Hello Vegas Limo provides luxury limousine and transportation services in Las Vegas, Nevada, including airport transfers, hotel transfers, tours, and hourly charter services.

2. Reservations

• All reservations are subject to vehicle availability
• A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation via SMS or email
• Pricing is as quoted at time of booking and is subject to change without notice

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
• Cancellations made 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% charge
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: Full charge
• No-shows: Full charge applies

4. SMS Consent

By providing your phone number and consenting during booking, you agree to receive SMS messages from Hello Vegas Limo including booking confirmations, pickup reminders, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

5. Rates & Fees

• Airport ↔ Strip: $99 flat rate
• Meet & Greet service: +$20
• Waiting time beyond 60 minutes (flights): Additional charges may apply
• Tours: As quoted at time of booking

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol are strictly prohibited. Hello Vegas Limo reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger posing a safety risk.

7. Liability

Hello Vegas Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.

8. Licensing

Hello Vegas Limo operates under a valid Nevada Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) and complies with all Nevada Transportation Authority (NTA) regulations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
